Course Information

This course includes a review of grease interceptor and grease trap components and maintenance requirements. Individuals that will be completing grease interceptor and grease trap certification forms, including grease waste haulers, plumbers, engineers, contractors, food service establishments, and other city/utility personnel must complete this course to be certified. This course has 3 sections: Grease Interceptor certification review, Grease Trap certification review, and a short test. Upon completion of the course and passing the test you will be issued a certificate of completion.
